Noe Valley

Noe Valley has always been one of the most popular neighborhoods in San Francisco, and it’s easy to see why. In addition to a great central location just west of the Mission District and south of The Castro, the area also gets more sunshine, thanks to the Twin Peaks that blocks the fog that rolls in from the bay.

Bordered by hills, Noe Valley has an intimate, family-friendly vibe that makes it a great respite from the bustle of the nearby Downtown area. It has its own commercial district in the 24th Street Corridor, where you’ll find a charming array of family-owned shops selling books, jewelry, art supplies, and goodies, along with clothing and household essentials.

There are also a number of specialty restaurants and bars that serve as neighborhood hangouts. And convenient transportation options make it easy to head to San Francisco’s best urban and cultural destinations, such as The Castro, Union Square, the Fisherman’s Wharf, and the Embarcadero.

A good number of homes are over 75 years old, some even more than 100 years old, reflecting the city’s rich heritage. Excellently preserved and updated over the years, they are among the most sought after properties in all of San Francisco today.
